ARMONK, N.Y. — It’s doesn’t take much to make a sick child smile, but stuffed bears are sure to fill the bill.
That’s why members of the Heavenly Productions Foundation’s “Make A Difference Day” project recently gathered together and volunteered more than three hours to stuff teddy bears for children who are ill or who have cancer at Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital and the Ronald McDonald House in Valhalla.
Heavenly Productions Foundation is a not-for-profit charitable organization dedicated to helping children in need or in distress. It is comprised of an executive board and members who wish to promote volunteerism and goodwill in an effort to help lift despair in children. We encourage the participation of our volunteers to help raise awareness as we offer hope to children in need.
Volunteers came from Armonk, Croton-on-Hudson, Katonah and New York City to donate their time to make a difference in the lives of many children.
